Patent Filing Services
01
Phase I
Our first step, Phase I, is to understand your invention and business goals to monetize your novel idea. We will communicate with you by email, phone, videoconferencing, or in person, whichever is most convenient for you during this phase.
02
Phase II
In Phase II, we will provide you with our recommendations and options, which may include a novelty search to determine whether an invention is new or not, establish if your invention meets patentability requirements, and develop intellectual property protection strategies.
03
Phase III
In Phase III, we will start to write your professional application, provided no conflict of interest is present as per patent law, i.e., none of our previous clients’ inventions is close enough to be prior art for your application. We will recommend if your application may be provisional or non-provisional.
04
Phase IV
During Phase IV, we will follow up to remind you of any patent deadlines and remain available for any additional patent or licensing questions.
